Sylamont was founded by Jim Kiel, a technology consultant and software development leader with more than 25 years of experience building software, leading development teams, and delivering complex technology initiatives.
Jim's experience spans the full technology lifecycle, from discovery and planning through architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing support. He has worked across financial services, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, homebuilding, and automotive, including projects in highly regulated environments.
